A quick update before leaving tomorrow...
We are delighted to share that our ultrasound revealed a healthy baby boy! We're thankful to be departing with the assurance that the little one is well and the pregnancy healthy. Nathan and Noelle are very excited to see their friends and swim at the pool. :-) Trip report to follow...

Post #100
Well, this is officially our 100th post!
Today, Nathan and Noelle went with Grandma to a fun play place. At the top of one of the slides, Noelle decided to go head first. Nathan knew she shouldn't do that, so as she was diving down, he reached out to try to grab her... Rather than catching her legs, he just caught her pants. And Noelle wailed (pant-less) all the way down. Nathan ran to the bottom to help her re-wardrobe, but she was still slightly traumatized by the whole affair. If only the whole event could have been captured on camera...
Another funny aside, Noelle informed me today that I should not eat an orange popsicle.
Oh, why not?
It did not match my shirt. I should have a purple one!
Esther was a bit behind on her immunizations and had to get six shots during this trip. The last three were today. She was a champ about the whole thing and even said "bye-bye" and waved to the nurse as she left. Noelle came along for moral support.
On other fronts, we have four trunks packed and just over a week before we leave. Our hearts have been encouraged and filled-up by the wonderful time we have spent with many of you. We are blessed by dear friends! Thank you!

All six of us!
We wanted to officially announce that we've added another member to our family. Baby Lattin #4 is expected around Aug 19th (we're 16 weeks right now). Nathan and Noelle are thrilled and can't wait to know if the baby is a boy or girl. We will have a fetal survey ultrasound before leaving the country at the end of the month to make sure all is well. With that reassurance, we'll look forward to the arrival of this little one overseas then finish up our two year term the end of November and return to the States.

Stats
It's been a long time since we've had "real" doctor appointments. But now we know where the kids are on the growth charts. Thought we'd share, just for fun.
Nathan
Height 43.5 inches (80%ile) Weight 39lbs (53%ile)
Noelle
Height 37 inches (50%ile) Weight 31.6lbs (55%ile)
Esther
Height 30 inches (25%ile) Weight 20.4lbs (9%ile)
So Esther definitely evidences the effects of not growing up in America. She's our pixie! (And having just had an awful gi bug the week prior did not help her weight stats.) Noelle will be the best contestant from our family for Survivor. She has managed to stay right on track... more rice anyone??
They all definitely enjoyed the pristine doctor's office and showing off all their "tricks" when asked what they could do - gross motor coordination and such. Noelle even did a front roll for the nurse practioner. :-) Who knew going to the doctor could be so much fun?!
